The Fine Print
All rates are based on double occupancy, and are subject to 11.7% room tax. (5.7% state and 6% local tax.)
Rates vary by season, mid-week or weekend, length of stay, number of guests, and room type, therefore a call to 508-228-5442 or an e-mail inquiry to info@brantpointinn.com would be best for more information or to reserve. All rates are subject to change until confirmation.
A 30 day notice may be required for reservations longer than 7 days, group bookings, corporate events, weddings, and some holiday events.
Weekends/holiday/special events often have minimum stay requirements. If stay is shortened, these days are non-refundable, unless rebooked.
Deposit Policy:
Stays of three nights of fewer are to be prepaid in full. For a stay of four nights or more, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the room, with the balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
A phone call is mandatory for cancellations: 508-228-5442
Deposit, less a 10% processing fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 15 days before arrival, a refund less 10% will be issued should the entire reservation be re-booked without loss to the inn.
Cancellations caused by late arrivals or early departures due to weather (unless catastrophic) or any other circumstance are considered to be non-refundable. Travel delays, missed connections, medical, weather, or any other travel issues will not merit refunds. These unforeseen problems are best addressed with Travel Insurance.
