Distinguished by fine island craftsmanship and attention to detail, both inns are traditional post-and-beam guest houses furnished with an eye to comfort and country living. In the guest living room, wide pine flooring, exposed oak beams, and a massive Belgian block fireplace create an inviting atmosphere for quiet reading and relaxation. For the more adventurous, a climb up to the widow's walk affords a spectacular view of the harbor, with a unique perspective linking Nantucket's past and present.

All guest rooms feature private baths, color TV's, telephones, and sitting areas to ensure added comfort during your stay. Refrigeration and an ice machine are also available for your convenience, as is a suite apartment for those who prefer a kitchen.

A complimentary continental breakfast is offered in our common room. If you prefer, breakfast may be taken onto the porch, garden patio, or up to your room.

Deposit policy
A deposit is required. Written confirmation will follow upon receipt of deposit. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received not less than 14 days before scheduled arrival date. With shorter notice, refund will be made only if the entire reserved space is re-rented without loss to the Inn. All cancellations subject to 10% of the deposit.

Rates include continental breakfast. All rooms are Queen/Twin beds. Rates are per room, double occupancy. All rooms subject to 9.7% MA room tax. Deposit required. Balance due upon arrival, credit cards welcome. Bicycles welcome. Although parking is available, we encourage you to leave your car behind.
